Close to Ali masjid. Easy walk to masjid Nabawi. Enough food places nearby. Cheap and cheerful. All the lifts and the AC worked. Clean shower room. Star level is correct.

The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs.

Got Haram view, close to haram gate, easy access, clean the room upon request. Provide basic supplies regularly... towel, soap, in room tea coffee stuff.

Needless to say, it was good that it was so close to the Prophet's Mosque. On the other hand, the negative points were that one guest was put in a room with five beds, the bathroom always smelled bad, and there were no towels.

Does the job. It’s not an expensive hotel and suited to solo travellers or those on a budget. Staff are nice and helpful. Location relative to the Haram is fantastic. There are a couple of markets close by as well.

They charge me online for double room.but did not gave me double room.also when i went to front counter/receiptetionist To complain about matter.they says even manager says we have not double room here.only 3 beds ina room.soo this was soo lie to me.even i was keep asking them..do u have double bed..n i got reply.yes u have double bed.it was bas experienced for me.i will never recomended any couple to go in this hotel

The room had Filthy carpets with burns and dirt ground in The bathroom was disgusting You had to ask for their small toilet roll on a daily basis The safes in the room didn’t work the bottom of the bathroom doors looked like they had mold on them The tv was there just for show The worst of all we’re the reception staff they were so rude and arrogant as they thought we were from a third world country and they could treat and talk to us like trash absolute horrible experience they actually ruined my trip I would never recommend to stay in this unpleasant place to anyone The 2 out of 3 of the reception staff need sacking they’re definitely not right for the job Also they’re not bothered about getting a bad review as I got told by this absolute horrid bloke behind the reception

Only go if you have your own internet

Avoid this hotel if you are traveling from the west like UK, US etc, the standard is not that great for people who are used to the standards in the western countries. They get majority of their customers through travel agents from developing countries and so have very low standards plus location is great as it is only 5mins walk away from the masjid Nabawi. Therefore they can't be bothered making any improvements. When we arrived, the receptionist wasn't very welcoming. He handed us 2 cards and just expected us to find our way to the room. Had to ask for free wifi 2 times. Upon reaching the room, there was no wifi signal at all and upon asking the neighbouring rooms they all had the same issue. The hotel management refused to offer us a solution and instead made excuses. There was no toilet paper roll, no towels, no water, no internet. Not the worst hotel but definitely not worth the price.
