靠近海邊，適合家庭，很舒服。但窗戶下大雨時小滲水，櫥櫃霉味嚴重。

櫥櫃黴味很重，尤其是主臥室的櫃子。雖然house keeper很努力打掃，一切都很乾淨。整個房子中，廚房和浴室的櫃子一打開都是滿滿霉味。

The bathroom was clearly not cleaned well. The shower, floor and toilet stank of pee that could be smelled all the way to the bedroom. The floor was filthy and my feet turned black after walking around barefoot for 2 minutes. They need to clean the units.

Yes the room was spotless. There was no staff…we never saw them. The location was perfect, near downtown shopping and not far from Safeway Supermarket. We cooked our own breakfast every morning. The kitchen equip with pots and pans pyrex dishes forks and knives, everything. There was also a restaurant below us “Ike’s Sandwich “ delicious.

The view was amazing and the condo had a large lanai with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. Everything was clean, and well stocked, including the kitchen for cooking meals. The building itself is a bit dated, but the condo was comfortable and the bedding, towels, etc. all felt fairly new. There was no AC, but the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable.

Unit was dated. Several roaches but otherwise clean. Difficulty entering unit ( took 1/2 hour) no key in lock box. Did not get a call back when I called. Unit faced busy road with lots of road noise. Would not rebook this unit.

Our stay at Kona Bali Kai was very nice. The condo had a washer and dryer inside the unit, which was wonderful. The ocean view from the room was great. There was a pool and hot tub on site , which looked nice, but we never had a chance to try it out. The only thing that would have made it better would be an air conditioner.
