Not great.

I pre-checked via the website they sent and paid an extra fee to check in an hour early. But the door code never worked until 3 p.m., which meant I sat outside for an hour. No one answered the number listed. Be warned: This is an unstaffed “apartment”, not even close to a hotel, which may be deceiving. The apartment itself is average at best. A lot of odd features.

The actual hotel is lovely, exactly like the pictures, smooth check in ect, the only problem is that if your on a higher floor the person underneath must seem to think that walking is an inconvenience and worth a noise complaint. Sadly in my case I had very awlward guest staying underneath which painted us out to be bad stayers, we stayed mindful of them but every minor noise made by walking on the floor seemed to be a problem, which we couldn’t control as the sound of floorboards is the sound of floorboards, especially when this is an apartment which means it’s sleeps a group not just one or two people. As I know it will end up working out it favour of the person making a complaint as always. But unfortunately if your planning on walking round at ant point in your night it’s clearly a problem

Stayed a few times in different epic hotels this time it was duke street townhouse the room was big lots of space , beds were comfy only one complaint it was far too hot even with the windows open not sure if air con was working ,myself and my husband had headaches in the morning from the heat apart from that it was a fab place too stay

Lovely apartment very clean all you could need for a home from home stay the only thing I would suggest is to have more mirrors as there was 2 bedrooms and only 1 mirror in the small bedroom and 1 in the bathroom which was very hard for 5 women to get ready when 1 was in the bathroom we had 1 mirror to use.
