I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby bar had a great vibe. Some city noise at night, but nothing unexpected for downtown. A perfect spot for a comfortable and convenient stay in Memphis! Valet Services and cleanliness of the property ~ Excellent. Check-in is at 3PM. The room was not ready until 4:19 PM. I was waiting in the lobby until it was available. This was extremely inconvenient. There is only 1 working elevator in the hotel. The restaurant onsite advertised is actually just a bar.
