Staff was always courteous and helpful. Very nice place if you want a rest from the party scene. The grounds need maintenance, but if you can look past that it will be a great stay. The rooftop pool gives you a view that you will not easily find in all of Cancun.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel was quiet and safe. Loved walking out on the little deck and directly into the pool. Beachfront was clean, quiet, and quaint. Only complaint is the server wouldn’t let us take our coffee (from breakfast) to our room to enjoy on the deck while relaxing. I would like to suggest that a coffee & fruit/cookie station for early tour departures would be a nice addition.
