Clean, very comfortable bed. I appreciate that the staff refrained from entering when I did not answer their knock at the door. The bathroom sink is a bit small and wifi is a little weak in the evening. But style was beautiful and the location is great.

We had an amazing stay at this property! There were lots of great restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions all close by within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. When we first arrived, the bed sheets and towels were a bit dirty, but when we let them know, they came to replace them and give us fresh sheets and towels within a few hours! Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Nice stay, slight communication issue

Overall, the stay was good! Location was convenient. However, there was a slight lack of communication before check in. It required guests info and pre paid text before check in to access the passcode and check in instructions, but I didn’t get email or any notification until I call them upon my arrival.

Property is nice and clean, but communication was difficult. We did not receive information about how to access the apartment until 10 minutes before our check in time, and after two phone calls to reconfirm when we would receive the info. Shower door was also falling off the hinge, and wifi access was poor. The LovelyStay team said there was no wifi in the apartment, despite the welcome sheet with Wifi login and password in the entry of Apartment.

Beds were comfortable, area was quiet at night, any ambient noise was blocked out by windows. Good air flow and they had a/c. Only down side is Expedia had free wifi in the booking and it was not the case. So we used a lot of data. The only other thing I can say that was a new one for me is there were rather tight on how much toilet paper they were willing to give us, we had 4 people for 9 nights and they would not provide more than 8 rolls, I had to go buy some. The soap in the shower wasn’t filled upon arrival so we bought some of that as well. They were also quite strict on how much coffee pods they provided, so we bought some of those. I am used to staying places where if they provide a machine and coffee that they might provide enough for your entire stay. Communication via whats app with lovely stay( providers) was good. Check in was easy but what I did not know was that it was run through lovely stay, so when I got a whats app quiry about paying more money, I thought it was a scam at first.

High risk accomodation and horrible experience

From the moment I arrived, I experienced several issues, starting with a lack of basic cleaning services and amenities such as toilet paper. However, the most alarming problem was the severe flooding from the shower, which caused steam to spread throughout the room, affecting the ceiling, lights, and creating a hazardous situation. Given the risk of electrical shock, this situation was not only unacceptable but life-threatening. There was no staff available on-site to address this emergency, as the property lacks a front desk or any form of responsible management. I was left without any form of assistance in what could have been a critical situation. This complete lack of responsibility and disregard for guest safety exposed me to significant danger. The perceived value of money is zero

想像していた以上にきれいな部屋で、画像に嘘偽りは一切ないです。 ダイレクトにチェックインですが、事前にHPで手順等が示されるため、問題なく行けました。 またリスボンでロストしたバゲージも、近くのオフィスで無事に受領でき旅程変更などしなくてすみました。 強いて問題点を挙げるなら、Wi-Fiがほぼ機能しなかったくらい。

Le code de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La mise ne relation avec le loueur n'a pas été immédiate. De plus il a fallu que je paye 2 échanges téléphoniques d'1/4 d'heure avant de convaincre l'hôte d'envoyer quelqu'un, que le code ne fonctionnait vraiment pas. Au final, 1 heure avant de rentrer dans la chambre. Le reste était correct.

Struttura nuova solo all'apparenza. Stanza trasformata in monolocale, con sistemi posticci e pannellati. Al nostro arrivo presenza di una grossa blatta nella scala d'ingresso, fuoriuscita dai pannelli lignei che rivestono tutta la scala. Sul soffitto della stanza, al di sopra del modulo cucina-bagno, presente grossa voragine ricoperta con foglio di nylon. Lavandino del bagno microscopico, difficile lavarsi anche semplicemente le mani, nonché otturato. Cassetta del water insufficiente allo scarico. No bidet. No TV.

Soggiorno di 6 notti terribile a Santa Caterina 632. Camera con affaccio su cavedio non dichiarato, vista muro e finestra inutilizzabile per via degli scarichi cucina. Ambiente umido e con muffa sui muri, bagno cieco senza aspirazione e lavandino inutilizzabile perché troppo piccolo e mancante di un miscelatore. Ho trovato formiche nel letto dopo tre giorni. Ho richiesto un cabio asciugamani che mi è stato negato. L'host nonostante informato dei vari problemi non ha fornito assistenza, il rimborso promesso non è mai arrivato e le comunicazioni successive sono state vaghe. La gestione LovelyStay è assolutamente poco seria e inaffidabile. Expedia dovrebbe rimuovere immediatamente questa struttura dal suo sito.

L’appartement était propre et confortable jusqu’au moment où nous avons été privés d’eau. Après de nombreux échanges avec l’hôte, nous avons découvert, grâce à des documents trouvés dans les boîtes aux lettres, que l’eau avait été coupée pour cause de factures impayées. L’hôte a fait preuve de mauvaise foi, et nous avons dû chercher un nouvel hôtel pour le reste de notre séjour, à nos propres frais.

Incrível! Uma amiga e eu ficamos hospedadas por 10 dias e não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor lugar, a rua é perfeita também, movimentada e perto de tudo, a noite silêncio absoluto para dormir. Só sentimos falta de uma TV e de uma internet melhor, precisei trabalhar e tive que usar dados móveis. Ficamos no segundo andar, como não tem elevador não aconselho para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.
