Had a small issue with the online check-in screens but this was promptly resolved by the friendly staff at the office. On arrival, I pushed a button and was buzzed in straight away. Check-in was straightforward via the kiosk and I found my room easily enough. There are plenty of facilities such as coffee machines and a TV on the ground floor. My room was spacious but had everything I needed and a large bathroom. Very easy walking distance to the old town. And a metro station virtually outside. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity. Staff are around to help you if needed and are very helpful. Excellent value and I’d def stay here again
