Pleasantly surprised with apartment and facilities inside apartment, great location, central for everything, some lovely little cafes in street whilst waiting to check in. Lovely little apartment for mid-week work trip. Nicely decorated with everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Large shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. A decent sized kitchen with all the bits and bobs you need, including dishwasher and washing machine. Bed was also really comfortable and the bedding felt soft and luxurious. Easy to find and clear and simple instructions from the property. We were worried it may be a little loud at night due to the location but we had no issues mid-week.

Good value with modern decor.

First time using this apart hotel. Communication regarding entry was good and received on time although we did enter the wrong apartment block initially as there are two buildings next to each other. Thankfully we weren’t staying in the first one as there was no lift but there was in ours. Apartment was spacious and modern. Walk in shower was lovely. My only negative comment would be that if you are going to charge people a security deposit then fix the damage caused by others. There was a hole in the wall in the living room that should be repaired and generally the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. Other than that the apartment was clean and tidy. There is a car park next door so easy to unload your bags although others in the area are cheaper. Not too far from most of the nightlife and shops but apartment was quiet.

Fabulous apartment at a brilliant price. Really well located for Liverpool One, Bold St, Albert Dock etc. Clean and spacious throughout albeit slightly worn in places. Excellent blackout curtains and comfy beds. Checking was made a little confusing by Hotels.com not saying to contact the Epic office in advance of check in, but the Epic team were helpful and efficient.
