Just awful stay - we were not aware that towels would not be provided, the mattress on the bed was so thin it felt like sleeping on the base, the curtains were falling apart and the tv did not work - and there was no-one available to bring these issues to, as the property is not serviced at all. We are surprised that this accommodation is offered on Hotel.com because, in our opinion, it does not constitute being labelled as a hotel...it is more like a downmarket bedsit without a kitchen..! NEVER AGAIN!!

It was awful the front door code didn't work and I was woken by someone hammering on the door shouting and then trying to wake me by banging on the bedroom window in which I was sleeping I was frightened and unable to settle This property is not suitable for a single lady !!

The property was ok for a basic base, they don’t provide towels, the front door wasn’t working to let you in but you could go out that way. The lock on the bedroom door wasn’t very good you had to keep pressing to get it to light up so that you could put your code in. For the price I would say you get what you pay for I paid £90.90 for 2 nights.
