My stays here are always good if there is ever an issue Damian and mark and team will always try to help tea/coffee facilities supplied and even a shared kitchen with washing facilities rooms was clean.

Pleasant stay with a few bits to fix

Didn't look the best from the outside but inside is well taken care of, very clean and smelled clean too. Front door was broken and couldn't open from the outside which wasn't great, and the side door was never locked. That said, we had a pleasant stay with plenty of space, our own clean bathroom, kettle and supplies, TV, towels and good WiFi. The kitchen downstairs had items available for guests to use, as well as washing machines and a guest fridge for storage. The fan in the bathroom made a strange noise, one of the beds was very lumpy and the door lock was a bit fidgety but a pleasant stay as somewhere just to put your head down. No staff onsite and couldn't connect to the company on the phone, which maybe needs looking at. Parking available out front or on the street, 10 mins to town and 20 mins to Paultons Park. Would come back.

Bed could really do with a new mattress or at least a topper, as there are springs that can be felt. Other residents need to be reminded to not let the doors slam or they should be fitted with closers. Was woken at least 3 times late in the night and then abruptly at 7.30am by the room next to us.

It was horrific. I arrived to find the front door code not working and the door to my room literally RIPPED off its hinges. I called the emergency number and STILL have not heard back from them. I would recommend that the place is condemned rather than anyone ever stay there again willingly!!!!

Pebbles - a squalid place to stay.

Worst experience I can remember ever having in a so called "guest house". Miserable room, insecure locks and in a poor area. Front doors had no working lock so ooen to anyone. Squalid building and dreadful bed and bedding. Shocking!

The matress was the worst I have ever tried in my life. The heating was just behind our heads and was on all night long. It was awfully hot. Check in didn't seem very safe. I know it was cheap but it ws below any standard.

Bed is broken, nails out and hurt my wife. Mid-night was someone smoke weed, boiler keep dripping whole night. And the room is totally not match the pics on app, totally a SCAM. Not worth a penny.
