We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was close to the tram stop and the Vondelpark. Breakfast was included and was tasty.

Very nice staff and good hotel, very clean and comfortable. Free coffee and tea all day, continental breakfast can be added optionally. 17 min drive from the airport (around 50€ in taxi). Good location, calm. The only downside was that the showers were cold in the morning, but this was an exception.

Great Little Hotel near park

This is a nice, clean, simple hotel. Modern fixtures. Great staff. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood right near Vondelpark which is a nice walk to the Rijksmuseum. The park is well used by joggers, cyclists and dogs. It’s lovely. For sure I would stay again.

We stayed for five days at this amazing hotel in a wonderful location close to Vondelpark. The receptionist "Maria" was very kind and so helpful🙏. The all day free coffee and juices at the breakfast room was so appreciated.

The staff were so friendly and gave advice on places to visit/eat etc as it was out first visit. Both Pedro and Patryk were excellent. The rooms although small, was very comfortable and with the Aircon, made it a lot more so.

Good value for money. Safe and quiet area close to Vondelpark. You can come by one bus from airport to the hotel easily. Also it is easy to reach the city center by team number two. Modern hotel with modern furniture and check-in method to the room (via phone).

We loved the daily breakfast that was included and how close everything was to the hotel. Vondelpark is literally a 2 minute walk away and that was a great bonus. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes, grocery stores near by. The tram stop to take you to the city center was about a 5 min walk as well as other bus lines. There were actually a few other tram lines you can walk to. The staff was super helpful. We stayed a little over a week.

Staff willing to warm food in microwave. No fridge in room, no laundry service available in hotel. Safe present in room. They facilitated early check-in at request.

The hotel was very clean, great location for being next to the park which is lovely for walking. Also close to the tram links to get around and a few local restaurants. Anna was very friendly on the desk which made me feel very at home. Only negatives were that you had to get to breakfast early enough otherwise they ran out of fresh baked croissants, storage is non existant in the room which wasnt ideal for a 5 day stay and the bathroom light only works via sensor meaning I'd either shower in the dark or get blinded on the middle of the night. Overall lovely hotel i'd stay in again though.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, rooms were very warm so we had to use Air-Con unit to get temperature down to have a good sleep. The location was fantastic being next to Vondelpark and only a 1 hour walk into city centre ( or you could get a tram within 5 min walk ). Only negatives - TV would freeze sometimes and get no signal, also shower was only hot after 7.30am. On the whole great place good location and friendly staff.

This room is so small. If you had suitcases it would be hard to fit them on your room. We were lucky to have 2 small packs so they fitted under the shelf. Hardly have room to dry yourself in the bathroom.

Everything was great at the hotel. The only thing is that I left a sweater in the room (I slept with it), and they told me my sweater wasn’t in the room. This is false because I slept with it, changed, and took my train back home. The sweater was in the room. My father gave it to me as a gift before he died. It was important to me. I hope whoever kept it really needed it.

The staff at the front desk were most helpful. Patrick, in particular, went above and beyond to give us the information we need and find a space for our bikes. A young front desk staff person during the night from September 8 to 9 (a man, young, could be of asian heritage) was also extremely helpful when a smell of smoke entered our room in the middle of the night. He helped us establish that the smoke came from a bonfire at at neighbouring property, and made all the inspections with us to ascertain that the hotel was safe. Throughout, he took the concern most seriously and acted in a dignified and extremely thorough and respectful manner. I hope you can extend my thanks to both Patrick and this other front desk worker.
