nice, clean hotel in very convenient, but not particularly walkable or picturesque location (next to a gas station and a sprawling shopping mall ). Great value for the price. The room was clean. I didn’t have breakfast. The parking is very small. Couldn’t find a parking spot at all. The first night staff was argumentative not nice. I tried to calm the situation. She still didn’t want to calm down that’s on her the second day in the morning that staffer was nice and cordial.

The breakfast area offered the traditional cereal, breads, juices and a waffle maker or you could have eggs and bacon. The area was a little sketchy, but to be expected. Starbucks was within walking distance. Staff was friendly and full of smiles, which was much appreciated on an early morning departure. Overall the hotel was average, in need of updating to stay competitive. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Would stay again for another short visit.

There were a LOT of random noises overnight, bumping, clanging, talking, etc. I heard everytime the next door room went to the bathroom and dropped their toilet lid. Free breakfast a plus, but... this is not the best of them. Soggy eggs, and stuff that would run out. Staff would say "sorry I can't" when asked to refill.
