Huone oli niin pieni, ettei edes jakkara ollut saatu mahtumaan. Saati sitten nojatuolia lukemista varten. Niinpä monot sai pujotella jalkaan vessanpöntöllä istuen kun baarijakkaralta se ei onnistu. Ainoa paikka lueskella rennosti oli sängyssä maaten. Kun töitä piti vähän tehdä, mistään ei löytynyt paikkaa, jossa olisi ollut pöydän kulma ja kirjoittamiseen sopiva tuoli ilman toivotonta jeejee-taustamelua. Se soi kaikkialla. Henkilökunnasta useimmat eivät ymmärtäneet suomea, saati sitten puhuneet. Selkeästi emme saaneet asioita selvitettyä rallienglannillakaan. Viittomakielellä tulos oli satunnainen. Systeemissä oli selkeästi vikaa, ennakkomaksu ei yhdistynyt huoneen numeroon eikä asiakkaaseen, piti hankkia tilauksen hoitaneelta omaiselta sähköiset tositteet maksusta. Nekään ei olleet yhdistyneet meihin, kun kolmatta kertaa lähtiessä tiedustelin. Odotankin mielenkiinnolla tulevaa karhulaskua ja oikeustoimia. Huoneen valokatkaisijasta oli kadonnut peitelevy. Eipä korjaantunut huomautuksesta huolimatta oleskelumme aikana. Taitaa olla lain mukaan peräti pakollinen turvallisuustekijä. Hiihtämisen jälkeen märille vaatteille ei ollut oikein mitään kuivatustilaa, vessan ilmanvaihto oli kovin hengetön ja hajuhaittoja tuli, kun rääsyt joutui ripustelemaan vähän joka paikkaan. Alaoven edessä oli liukas kinkama polkeentunutta lunta. Vähän hiekkaa tai lapiota olisi kaivannut. Aamupala oli maukas ja runsas, joskin joka aamu samanlainen. Rasvatonta maitoa ei ollut saatavilla.
