The location is excellent, it’s close to everything and sits on a quiet street, comfortable for 2 people. As some people already commented, there are no screens on the windows, so you will get mosquitoes inside the room when you let the fresh air in. The kitchen had coffee packets and teas available to us. One thing that wasn’t clear on the listing: there apartment is on a 3rd floor (total of 45 steps to climb). Also for people with mobility issues, there is no shelf in the shower so you need to keep all your toiletries on the floor while you shower.

Apartment was excellent. Loved those stunning wooden ceilings!! Staff went above and beyond in communicating with us - example - they made themselves accessible to us in WhatsApp when our eSIM provider let us down. Apartment had everything that we needed & more. Staff were very accommodating for our request to have 4 pillows in the apartment - much appreciated. We did find however that the 3 flights of a narrow stairway were quite challenging given our suitcases packed for our 3 week vacation in Italy. Knowing this now, we would recommend that older guests take up the offer of coordinating the assistance with luggage by Mamo staff. Loved this quiet apartment, central location close to many attractions, restaurants and bars. Everything was within close and walkable access to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to others.

Great location. Great apartment for a family of 4. Several negative things: AC was not turned on, we found the room very warm. No screens on windows. We had to buy washing machine detergent. We did not receive any instructions about recycling or garbage. We had to figure out where is the parking garage and how to unload our baggage without getting a ticket because the apartment is in ZTL. We received check in instructions only after calling the agency on the same day of check in. We were traveling and had spotty internet and it was very difficult, almost impossible to fill in this simple check in form, that required a photo of our documents etc. It would have been better to use the computer at home before our departure. If you are traveling from USA it is very stressful not to receive any instructions, or to receive them very late, while you are in flight, fighting jet lag, with phone roaming, and parking issues.
