Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english. Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!!

All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan! Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!

手頃な価格で利用でき、部屋の広さや設備、アメニティやベッドは大変満足出来ました。 大浴場はフロントで混雑時間を前以て確認して行ったが、それでも思ってた以上に狭く、利用者に対して洗い場の数が少なく、利用中に場所取りをされると、浴室で裸のまま待機せざる得ない状況になる。また上がった後のドライヤーも同じ状況となる為、何とか改善策を考えて頂けると良いと思います。 フロントの方は笑顔で好感の持てる接客で、利用されてれ方も日本人なのでマナーも気にならず、立地もアクセスの良い場所なので、また何かあれば利用をしたいと思えました。

9歳の娘とセミダブルの部屋に泊まりました。女子2人ならそこまで狭さも感じずに過ごせました。夜ご飯と朝ごはんは部屋で食べたのですが、イスが１つしかなかったので私は立って食べたりベッドに腰掛けて食べました。 全体的にはとても綺麗で室内環境も良く過ごしやすかったです。 また利用したいです。

駅からの徒歩でのアクセスも楽でした 部屋は広く、きれいでゆったり過ごせました 自炊もできるし、電子レンジや洗濯機もあるので、長期滞在したいときに便利そうです ホテルのスタッフの方も皆さん、感じがよかったです 横浜に行くときはまた泊まりたいです
