Central clean and with good amenities

Hotels.com advised this property was with off site parking available for £15 per day hence why we booked. A few days before I e-mailed the property for parking details and didn’t hear a reply. On the day we couldn’t find the property so spoke to someone on the phone for details. We were then told there was no parking available with this property so had to park in a multi storey carpark at the cost of £35! The apartment itself is central to everything. It was clean and modern with everything that you needed for your stay. Fridge, washing machine, kettle, iron, toaster microwave etc. the WiFi didn’t work for any of us but that might have been a problem on just that day. The windows overlook a pub beer garden but the noise was not too bad and wasn’t open too late. We didn’t hear any noise from other residents. The shower didn’t have the best of power but did the job fine. The heated towel rail didn’t get warm although the indicator light was on. I’m not going to hold this against them as they probably didn’t know. I would stay here again but only if I travel to Liverpool on the train, if I’m driving I would stay somewhere else with a parking agreement .

The owner changed us to a larger 2 bed so comments are for this however the location was close in Dale street. We recently stayed at this delightful two-bedroom flat in the heart of Liverpool and were thoroughly impressed by both the property and its location. The flat boasts a huge kitchen, lounge, and dining area, making it the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining after exploring the city. Both bedrooms are generously sized, providing plenty of space to unwind for our family of four. One of the flat’s standout features is its prime position in Liverpool city centre. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the iconic Cavern Club, so whether you’re a Beatles fan or simply want to soak up the city’s vibrant atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Despite being so central, the flat is in a secure building, which gave us great peace of mind during our stay. While we parked a fair distance away in a public car park, we understand there is a nearby car park available, which would make future visits even more convenient. The flat itself was spotless on arrival—absolutely immaculate throughout. There were a few blinds that could do with a little TLC, but this was a minor issue and certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the property. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely use this flat again next time we’re in Liverpool. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a superb city centre location.
