Amazing views with floor to ceiling widows in a modern apartment. Very decently priced for what it is and close to both museums sights in Centro as well as trendy restaurants in Roma Norte. Only downside was one of the two elevators was out during my stay, but the wait still wasn’t bad.

Access code did not work and got locked out. We finally got a key from security downstairs after nearly 2 hours. AC was broken! And they knew about it. We tried texting and calling for 3 days with no reply. Finally, a fan was provided but didn't help much. The room was nice but there was no trash can and the towels had holes on them. The place remained hot for all our stay Making it an unpleasant experience. Very frustrated considering the AC unit looked new. The security guys downstairs were awesome but the hospitality of the host was terrible.

On a positive side the property is in a very good location, safe and the service at the reception is excellent. The property is in a poor conditon. My first shower just happened after I cleaned the limescale as water was not coming from it as all holes were blocked, loose toilet seat and when I tried to open the sink's tap the handle came to my hand...also the front door was damaged as someone kicked it, plastering coming out by the window in the bedroom and no access to the safe. On the first morning I called the contact I had from the Equipe Brickon reporting the problems. Messages were exchange promises were made and, unfortunately, nothing were done after my 6 nights in the property. It was unconfortable to stay there and the lack of action was disrespectful. On my last day I sent a message asking if someone would come to check before we left but they didn't bother to reply my message. If you book this property be aware that you are on your own.

La propiedad no es apta para 4 personas. Lamentablemente el sofá cama que mencionan está en muy malas condiciones, se veía muy sucio y las cobijas y edredones que nos dejaron parecían usadas no olían bien. La ubicación fue muy buena para cubrir nuestra necesidad pero el espacio es apto solo para dos personas.
