wifi useless without proper code and zero customer service

2/10 Poor

Terrible experience, they overbooked the place and left me with no options. The customer service staff is the worst I have ever experienced they are still unresponsive for my refund so I will take them to the authorities (PROFECO) I will never stay at a Wynwood property and I will make sure everyone knows about how they handle their business
