No drinking water in a CDMX hotel of this size seems incongruous. The hotel rooms have definitely been smoked in. The adjacent highway noise will be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

No tenían control para tv, así que no la pude usar, y no me dijeron, me di cuenta ya en el cuarto. Su sistema de reservas estaba lento, así que me hicieron esperar media hora junto a más personas por la misma razón, aunque les mostré la reserva en digital, la atención d la recepcionista fue déspota. El elevador no subía desde el sótano, tuve que cargar maletas desde el estacionamiento a recepción. Las habitaciones ruidosas, colchón duro. Agua d la regadera fría, se calentó después de 10 minutos. El mesero, soberbio y grosero, le pedí un chocolate frío y respondió: EL CHOCOLATE ES CALIENTE SI QUIERES, LA MALTEADA O EL CHOCOMILK ES LO QUE TENGO. Le pregunté por otros platillos y no daba opción d nada. Esto es lo que tengo, si quieres. Solo le dije, es usted un grosero, y solo respondió. GRACIAS BUENAS NOCHES y ahí me dejo. Me fui al hotel d a lado a cenar. (Recomendable hotel Montreal, gran atención en el restaurante) Cuando llegué a la recepción para registrar, estaba una persona peleando por que tenían más de una semana que no le enviaban su factura. Habíamos 3 grupos d personas esperando que resolvieran su problema de reservas, y solo decía la recepcionista: "NO HA LLEGADO ESPERE SENTADO" a pesar d mostrarle en el celular el pago y la reserva con el número y el portal.

Todo, instalaciones en muy mal estado, pedimos agua para beber que no había en el cuarto, dijeron le llevamos y nunca llegó, no había agua caliente y al preguntar nos dijeron “la caldera está en mantenimiento” situación que debían haber avisado al llegar para decidir si nos quedábamos o no.
