Nice property, very clean and secure. My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english speaking workers/ help available on site one of the reasons i went with this location but that was false which made things even harder.

Única reclamação é quanto aos travesseiros, muito finos. Um ponto a ser revisto.

Geralmente fico em hotel quando vou para SP, sempre tive receio de me hospedar em apt porque toda avaliação que vejo é reclamando da comunicação do host com o hóspede. Mas minhas primeira hospedagem foi ótima. Sérgio que fez toda comunicação foi super solicito e muito educado. Quando cheguei fiquei meio perdida em como entrar, e os porteiros estavam mais perdidos que eu rs Mas no final deu tudo certo. O apartamento é ótimo, super confortável, limpo. Recomendo.
