The room was perfect. We had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great! The staff was wonderful and always very helpful. Thank you to Armando y Ara. They were very patient with questions about places to see and things to. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, and the street art is well executed on every flor, however, the street is o. Is extremely noisy, to the point earplugs are offered on every bed. We had to cut our stay short. I guess is ok for a one night stay, but not for a full vacation. The staff was very courteous, and cancelled the rest our our nights.

The city view street noise is actually insanely loud. The ear plugs they provide are not enough. You need good quality ear plugs from the store for it to be okay. Our TV didn’t work and the front desk never got back to us on if it was resolved. It appeared they attempted to fix it but ultimately couldnt. The water facet would not stay on and the level would immediately fall down to shut the water. Room 53 needs works and I was not impressed with my stay.

Location is perfect, we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores or a quick uber to other neighborhoods. The room was very clean and comfortable which is the most important criteria for me when I travel. We checked out the cafe on the main level for lattes and breakfast and it was really good! On our last night, we went up to the rooftop bar which had nice views of the city at sunset. The service up there was also great. All around a great hotel in an awesome location.
