Très bon séjour à l’Hotel 28

Le séjour a l Hôtel 28 s’est globalement très bien passé. L’entrée fut un peu compliquée car ils s’attendaient à ce que je paye sur place les nuits que j’avais déjà payés sur Hôtels.com. J’ai contacté le site et ils ont envoyé un mail à l’hôtel pour confirmer mon propos. L’Hotel est récent. Les appartements sont grands et propres avec 2 chambres avec des lits doubles. La cuisine est bien même s’il manquait une casserole et un micro-onde. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien dans les chambres comme dans la pièce principale. La salle de douche et les toilettes sont configurées bizarrement mais tout fonctionne très bien. Le wifi de l’hôtel est très bien et la piscine est petite mais elle fait totalement l’affaire et elle est nettoyée régulièrement. Je conseille très fortement cet hôtel.

Amazing Hotel

We had a great time even though we went for 2 days , we wish we did more. Great location, if you want to get away from hotel area. We had the famous Mercado 28 in front of the property, which was amazing , lots of restaurants , lots of stores for souvenirs…. You also have the Oxxo next to it. Walmart is so close by too. You can walk for a kilometer or uber or taxi. Very clean, neat property! We hit a couple of bumps in the evening because our flight got in at 11:30 I had made arrangements with Francisco for transportation and we were never picked up , we had to get a taxi. When we got there no one’s there at reception but the security guard opens the door for us. He took us to our room but there are no instructions or anything , couldn’t open fridge , had a lock on it. I must say that next day Francisco went above and beyond helping us out, he apologized for the misunderstanding, and didn’t pay our way back to airport! He was very helpful and understanding! Thank you Francisco!!!We will definitely come back to this amazing quiet place. My family and I loved it!

After more than 70 countries and couple of hundreds hotels i most say that this is my Top 5. Didnt expect this kind of place outside the resort. We didnt wanted to staybatvthe crowded resort area so this was à jackpot. The place is spottless and Really good service. This is like an luxury hotel and your own home. We stayed for 10 nights with our boys. We were really taked care from the first minute, you can see that they really care about you. The staff are amazing and they make you feel at home, the hotel is super clean and you can also cook your own food. You have really good Tacos around the corner with local people. My last word is WOW and

A lovely property in not the most lovely part of town. Perfectly safe, many amenities nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the pool is perfectly lovely. The room was clean, the a/c worked perfectly, my stay was excellent in every way possible. Great valur for money if you don't mind being in a very pedestrian neighborhood.

The check-in was very inconvenient. Our flight came in after 6 PM. Therefore, there was nobody at the front desk. The front desk was closed. I went there one time then I had to leave. I came back around because I needed to check in. Finally, the security guard came out and he’s the one that let me in, but it was very inconvenient. I had four minors with me and it was 1 AM
