The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We therefore had to use the trash can to fill it with water in order to flush it properly. Simply not good enough. We mentioned it to the hotel three times, but nothing was ever done. They did not inform me that there was an extra charge for having a dog at the hotel. I only discovered this when they charged more money to my debit card than what I had paid at the reception. We therefore called them and were promised that they would call us back. They never did. Furthermore, we were promised a breakfast-to-go on Friday. They had also forgotten this, and we therefore never received our breakfast.
