O quarto está reformado, tudo muito limpo. A comunicação com a dona é muito facil. O lugar fica proximo da estação de trem SMN, mas dá para ir a pé para o centro histórico. Eu recomendo.

Best Decision for 2 Nights in Florence

Easy connection to the airport - tram stop directly outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and safe. It’s in a perfect location, easy to walk to all the main sites of Florence. The owners go above and beyond with personal communication to ensure you have everything you need. It’s like the personal experience of an AirBnB, with the professional quality of a hotel. Great experience!!!

This hotel was extremely clean, well-located, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly but communication was only through WhatsApp. Bathroom was very clean and shower was excellent. Walkable to central Florence. Only downsides were that room was very small and there are no amenities (small fridge, no sink, no microwave, etc).

Wir haben hier übernachtet und fanden es insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein umgebautes Apartment, bei dem das Zimmer mit Betten sowie einem eigenen Bad (Dusche/WC) ausgestattet ist. Alles war praktisch und sauber, genau richtig für einen Städtetrip. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur Tramlinie 2 (Station Belfiore) – von dort aus kommt man bequem in die Innenstadt. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt dort stehen lassen und die Stadt gut zu Fuß und mit der Bahn erkunden. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es etwas hellhörig war, aber ansonsten bietet die Unterkunft ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Room and location perfect. Let down by the language barrier. Arrived at check in time at 3pm but no details were provided for keypad entry. Had to make numerous phone calls to resolve.

Personal support was quick and great from booking to checkin and welcome all was great. Room looks great, bathroom was clean and all supplies were enough for use. Enough clean towels. There were 2 small ants on one kids bed but nothing else. Air conditioning could be better as it turned off when you leave room and when you come back, you have to wait for cooling again. When you come from hot outside, you need cool room. Internet was good. Coffee at counter available. Overall great stay and service.
