I have traveled to over 90 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide. This is my first one star review.
I booked the Queen Bed, Kitchen, In-room dining room. When I arrived on February 3, the room I was given did not have a table inside as shown in the listing, and the air conditioning was not working properly. When I raised these issues, I was told the booked room was under renovations and was then asked to leave.
Based on that conversation, I booked another hotel after being told I would be refunded. I did receive a refund for February 3 to 7. However, the February 7 to 14 portion of the reservation was not refunded.
The experience was stressful, inconsistent, and handled poorly. I do NOT recommend this property based on how the situation was managed.
