Great value. Clean sheets and towels

Brilliant stay. Fresh clean towels, fresh clean bedding and working wifi. Working kettle and tv. Tea, coffee and milk and sugar supplied. Was in room 2 and very quiet also. 2 minutes from promenade. Had bunk bed for my little boy. He loved it. Mark supplied everything else we needed. He was superb. Great pool table too.

Black mould in and around shower tray and drain not quick enough. Not somewhere I would stay again. Unfortunately I believe that recommending This accommodation was a mistake.

They never open the door.

We rang the door bell several times after 3pm n no one came to answer we phoned and the number wasn’t recognised. We had to go in another hotel. I still pay for the 2 nights stay i like to be refunded. No way to contact hotels.com either!

shocking

Worst place I've ever stayed in.. I walked into room took my shoes off and stood on a bottle top and cut my foot. Floor was filthy. Windows wouldn't open we had a noisy fan for air!! Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Absolutely disgusting.

Jurassic Park.

Damp damp damp ... Dampness. It did not smell good at all. Stagnant water / dampness smell in the room / toilet ... Couldn't sleep ... Used a whole can of air freshener ... Even a can of lynx Africa couldn't cure it. Don't get me wrong - bed sheets where clean etc. But the smell - just hell no. Dead rat somewhere. Never again.

Location is great fir south shore. Staff are friendly. Hotel is next to a fish and chip shop. If you struggle for street parking there is a 24hr car park on Lytham Road that is near by.

Seaview hotel October 2018

Unfortunately we arrived to find owners had gone away so all facilities were closed. However we were met by someone from the Manhattan across the road who checked us in. He was most welcoming and friendly. The room was tired looking but clean and suited our needs. Excellent location for nearby attractions.

Absolute filth

Turned up to b and b to be told we have to fetch the keys from across the road. A member of staff then showed us across to our b and b. Gave us the keys and basically said we can have it all to ourselves and do what we want. Entered the room to be greeted with a lovely stench of damp. Curtains were hanging off the window. Bed sheets were covered in what looked like urine stains. No hot water and shower hanging off. Room was absolutely filthy. No bar as advertised. Absolutely disgusting and we refused to stay there. Photos on website are not what you get at all.

Wonky bathroom cupboard. No where to hang clothes or put anything apart from the floor. Bicycles in living room. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

budget option not for families!

Arrived but there was no one to check in workmen provided a mobile Number for owners called no answer tried several times so came back a few hours later. When we did I believe it was the owner who showed us our room although he neither asked our names or gave his. The room was up three flight of stairs an attic room only room for families, not ideal at all with small children. The room itself was in a poor state kept bumping our heads on ceiling, window didnt open so was very humid at night, no hot water although there wad jettke but don't know what for as there was no tea, coffee or cups in room. The shower and toilet were squeezed in a cupboard, no loo roll however was provided alongside clean towels when asked. Also an iron and ironing board were provided. Breakfast was ok, although took 45 minutes to make! No parking at all! We had to park ar another hotel's car park and pay £12 per day. I know the hotel only 2* but the service could still be improved. Overall I would definitely pay extra to stay in a 3* or 4*.
