Stayed for 7 days! The staff were friendly and helpful! Frontdesk like Jimmy and Mia (the other front desk too!!) were super welcoming and always offered to help. Their food places recommendation were on point. The room nice and cosy with sufficient sunlight.

We had the most amazing stay at Royal Premium Hotel . From the moment we step through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff was very helpful in regards to answering all of our thousands questions, helping with bookings and providing guidance about where to go and what we should visit during our stay. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and humble, but especially ĐA, Andrea, Ann stood out as exceptionally kind and helpful! Thank you! We can highly recommend staying at Royal Premium Hotel.

First, I want to commend the staff everyone we met from the front desk to the breakfast staff were all absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for you. The location of the hotel is a very good, it’s the place to be. Now my opinion of the hotel itself has to be waited against the cost of the hotel, which was particularly inexpensive for the location. The common areas could be cleaner in my opinion, but I think the greatest problem was the air-conditioning units. We had two separate rooms between us and both air-conditioning units were greatly underpowered, as to be almost completely useless. So to get this rated better in my opinion, you would need to clean the common areas, including the elevator and also make sure that the drains in the showers worked. Mine didn’t work particularly well it would flood into the whole bathroom area. And upgrade to possibly new air-conditioning units. But again, considering the price of what we paid you really can’t complain I’d rather have paid a little bit more each and every night and upgraded those concerns indicated. I wish to thank the staff Da at the front desk and the lovely young lady who served us breakfast every morning. Thank you

Bra och trevlig personal. Läget på hotel var perfekt nära överallt, gång avstånd till många sevärdheter. Rummen var bra tillräckligt stora och badrummet var okej. Fanns en liten kylskåp men det saknade eluttag, fanns bara 2 st, en vid sängen en vid badrummet. Rummen ut mot gatan var inte bra. Det hördes allt från gatan och isoleringen var inte bra. För övrigt frukosten okej, det fanns det nödvändigaste.

Their staff & customer service was second to none and the absolute differentiator of this hotel from the rest. From the detailed guide and map to the Old Quarter provided upon our arrival, to the friendliness and willingness to accommodate all of our requests for assistance, the team at Royal Premium Hotel really excelled at customer service every step of the way. They helped us book a fantastic tour to Ninh Binh, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, assisted with our laundry (clean, efficient and affordable) and answered all our questions about Hanoi. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Old quarter. The breakfast options were amazing too - you could order western & Vietnamese a-la-Carte options on top of a nice selection of buffet.

The hotel arranged an airport pickup for me, which made everything so easy after a long flight. When I arrived, Andrea was there waiting with a big smile. She was incredibly helpful from the start and even helped organize my itinerary. She really went above and beyond—she told the tour organizers it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake ☺️ which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is very central, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Thank you again, Andrea, for making my trip so special. I would definitely recommend staying here!
