Not recommended. It is below average for other 3-star hotels in Brazil. Breakfast was quite disappointing and we asked to change rooms and newer area have better rooms. We booked an oceanview (OV) room and accepted to change to a garden view one after some cleaning issues. But no compensation was offered. The OV rooms are not worth the extra. The additional charge for using a safe box already installed in the room was another disappointment.

Checked in late at night and they didn’t believe I paid through Expedia. Asked for multiple forms of proof that I had paid. I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. Then when I went to the bathroom turn on the faucet, the water was dirty ran brown, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call back to the front office, let them know and request another room, by this time it’s 1 AM in the morning. When I finally got into the new room only one outlet in the entire unit worked so there is no way for both me and my wife to charge our phones.

A localização é excelente (em frente à Praia de Taperapuan). Limpeza excelente (limpavam os quartos todos os dias). Piscina excelente! Porém, a cama do quarto era muito dura e desconfortável! O ar condicionado não funcionava direito. O quarto ficava quente. O café da manhã é básico. Não varia. É praticamente a mesma coisa todo dia. O chuveiro esquenta às vezes. Não voltaria.

O hotel está muito mal administrado, quartos velhos e sujos, com manchas nas paredes, ar condicionado sujo, roupas de cama rasgada, e não existe box, a TV não pega direito. O que pesou realmente foi a falta de higiene do quarto, com inúmeros mosquitos e muita sujeira debaixo da cama com areia. Tive que trabalhar pra limpar o quarto de forma que pudesse ficar. Hotel tem bons quartos, porém tem muitos e se você não gosta de salão de café da manhã agitado, com filas e piscina cheia de crianças e pessoas esse não é o melhor hotel para você! A sensação é de estar num clube! O café da manhã em razão do custo benefício deixa a desejar por não apresentar sucos de frutas naturais, ao meu ver indispensável pelo preço cobrado. São servidos dois tipos de sucos ao invés da fruta, são de polpa sempre aguados. A localização do Hotel é ótima, de frente p mar, com praça de alimentação logo ao lado do hotel, próximo Axé Moi, e comércio local. Destaco ainda o amplo estacionamento gratuito oferecido pelo Hotel Quarto bom, cama confortável e bom banheiro. Tem ar condicionado, pequena sacada , frigobar e uma pequena TV. A praia de Taperapuã é agradável, melhor que Itacimirim, Mundaí e Curuípe, mas não supera em charme, águas levemente mornas, coloração esverdeada de Coroa Vermelha (20 min do Hotel) Oferece um restaurante a lá carte com comidas simples , mas com preço justo! A limpeza é boa, a troca de toalhas foi ruim nos primeiros dias mas logo depois foi regularizada. Classifico Hotel como 3 ⭐️ superior em razão da localização e estacionamento como diferenciais. Não enquadro como 4⭐️ em razão do café da manhã sem suco de frutas naturais, sem mudança no cardápio e com filas.
