Great value hotel with caring staff

Great value hotel. Good location - safe, and easy to get everywhere. Staff are what makes this hotel so appealing. Faith in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to offer excellent service. The lady who manages breakfast was also sweet. Clean, quiet rooms. Elevator. Nice atmosphere. I’d recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again when in Istanbul.

We stayed 4 nights at the Solo Hotel with my friend and our trip couldn’t have been better. During our stay, we met Fatih at the reception, and he was absolutely incredible. He was so helpful, kind, and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile. Honestly, he couldn’t have been better and really made our stay special. We also loved all the activities the hotel offers, especially with the convenient transfers to and from the hotel. Everything was smooth and well-organized. Mevki olarak sanayi bölgesi ancak rahatsız edici bir bölge değildi. Biz sadece konaklama olarak düşündüğümüz için bu ayrıntıya takılmadık. Aile suit oda olması sebebiyle 2 ayrı oda içten kapılı olması güzeldi. Ancak binanın eski olması sebebiyle odalarda koku vardı çocukların kaldığı tarafın ışığı çalışmadı, Tv çalışmadı. Çalışanları son derece saygılı ancak bize biraz tecrübesiz geldi. Örneğin. Biz odadan yokken hiç bir bilgi verilmeden odaya girip lambayı yapmaya çalışıyordu. Bu durumdan rahatsızlık duyduk. Onun dışında genel olarak iyiydi
