Having stayed there before we new what to expect. The whole stay was average at best. But when we were finally allowed to check in, 50 minutes after the 3pm check in time. And watching 3 Spanish families being checked in, during the 50 minutes. Which we thought was obviously racist against English customers. Which we told the receptionist. And at this point we were checked in immediately. Also sent the property a message which was completely ignored as usual.

Roof top bar 3 minutes walk from the beach !

We had a great stay, the room was very clean with modern facilities and fantastic access to the beach, restaurants and bars. The beach was 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The only thing that would help would be better pillows on the bed, if you ask at reception they have more.

We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. Close to everything. Very short walk to the boardwalk with lots of shopping options, restaurants, beaches. The food was great, we did the half board and we were able to switch our dinner to lunch. The pool was great, lots of chairs, but you need to get there early to put your towel down and reserve a spot. The rooftop bar was so, so lovely. Beautiful views, good drinks, and a few appetizer options. The sunset was gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the AC worked great. The sofa bed could be replaced. We did not use it but it didn't look great. We had a pool view and the patio was big. Great for the value

All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property.

The rooms were big, we had a sea view and a roof terrace. Maintenance was being done and the property is well presented. We got an upgrade from a single room studio with three beds, to a three bed apartment for no particular reason, which was fabulous!

Reception was very blunt and not very welcoming on arrival.The room was ok but directly under the roof top bar (with a pool overhanging our balcony) which was noisy up till midnight some nights. As we only had 4 nights, we put up with the distractions and overall the hotel had more plus points than bad. Location, pool areas, and meals were fine.

Great location. Not all rooms are of the same standard of cleanliness and maintenance, some are not in a condition to be allocated to guests. This place has the potential to be really nice but it’s a bit tired and staff are unhappy. Management are in hiding and it’s difficult to find solutions to problems.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Los Olivos. Air conditioning would have been nice in the room, but the heat was tolerable with the fan on, and the windows and balcony door open. The location was perfect. I would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful. We went with the all inclusive option which was great for the breakfast/lunch and snack options. We had dinner at the resort about twice more as a way of exploring the local area and sampling the cuisine at other establishments. Breakfast and dinner at the resort is buffet style. The room we had the kitchen was well equiped should we wanted to cook ourselves. One other good point is the resort is right next to one of the better beaches..

Fantastic holiday hotel

Great hotel, clean & spacious rooms with really comfortable beds, air-conditioning was amazing, food was fantastic, couldn't fault the fresh breakfast buffet, maids were in every other day, staff were friendly & very helpful. Day of departure was 12 noon check-out, but they provided us with a free room for a shower & change of clothes before we made our way to the airport later that night, all free of charge. The only negative i can give about this hotel is that our apartment was one of the furtherest away rooms from the reception & it was a bit of a walk up many sets of stairs & ramps to get to as its on a hill & a bit of a maze at first to find, so be prepared for trek to your apartment, but couldn't fault anything else regarding our stay, all the positives out weighed the only single downside to this complex. Would definitely stay here again.
