Zero preocupação com a experiência dos hóspedes

Tivemos uma experiência péssima nesse hotel. Na nossa última noite a partir das 20 horas era possível ouvir o som altíssimo de uma banda tocando. Quando procuramos saber o som vinha do bar da praia que fica em frente ao hotel e tb é de propriedade do hotel. Não foi possível dormir. Reclamamos na recepção e nada foi feito. O barulho só terminou às 3 da manhã. Reservamos o hotel para descansar e não foi possível. A indignação é que a festa foi realizada com aval e consentimento do hotel que pouco se importou com seus hóspedes. Nunca mais fico nesse hotel.

Mais pontos negativos do que positivos. Colchao ruim (buraco no meio), colocaram 4 pessoas em um quarto para 3 sem aviso previo, porta do box do banheiro emperrando e atendimento media no. Como ponto positivo, na area externa é muito bem cuidada e o café da manhã com algumas opções (mas tem oportunidade de melhorar). Não me hospedaria novamente, deve ter opções melhores na região.

A estadia foi boa. Produtos vendidos na piscina caríssimos . Achei até exploração . Um café expresso 12 reais . Jantamos no restaurante e a comida estáva boa e dentro do preço . Banheiro do quarto precisa urgente uma tampa da patente do tamanho do vaso , pra vc não ficar caindo . No mais foi T bem. O lugar é muito bonito e bem cuidado . O bar da praia bem caro tbem . Acho q desnecessário explorar o turista .

Crítica construtiva

- Esperávamos mais da hospedagem. Quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, e o ar condicionado MUITO sujo (cheio de poeira). Solicitei a limpeza a camareira e ela não muito agradável informou que só poderia fazer no outro dia. Informei a urgência devido a criança asmática no quarto, e logo após foi feito a limpeza. - Cama confortável, mas os travesseiros muito desconfortáveis (muito altos). - Vaso sanitário entupiu (vaso antigo). - Esperava que o hotel oferece serviços diferentes dos demais hotéis da cidade, por ex: massagem, atração infantil e alguma atração à noite. (Por ser um pouco afastado da cidade, poderiam oferecer um serviço diferenciado.) - Não achei seguro o hotel na parte da noite. (Pouca segurança).

Já foi um bom hotel, hoje….

A limpeza deixa a desejar, o quarto cheirava a ralo de banheiro. Precisando de manutenção e uma limpeza mais adequada. Quem procura somente preço, pode ser ainda uma opção. Quem tem crianças, não use a copa de bebê, pq só tem uma bucha muito suja e velha e não inspira higiene nem cuidado com os pequenos.
