A l’arrivée il n’y avait pas de code pour la clé pour ouvrir la porte ,donc nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour le connaître. La personne au lobby était une garde de sécurité. Elle n’avait pas l’autorité nécessaire pour nous donner le code. Il a fallu utiliser le téléphone cellulaire de la garde de sécurité pour communiquer avec le personnel de Casago. Le membre du personnel de l’hôtel est arrivé et procédé au transfert de l’information. C’est le seul point négatif. Le reste était très bien, la chambre, la piscine etc. Je suggère un accueil plus efficace des clients lors de leur arrivée.
