A beautiful and calming room to rest in after exploring Bath. And it’s about 10 minutes walk to the city center and also right across the road from the train station so couldn’t be more convenient. Friendly staff as well.

Very close to city centre and across from the train and bus stations. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Single room had space for table and chair. Coffee, tea water and biscuits provided in the room. Has a bar lounge.It is an old building so some damage noticeable.

Location

Excellent location directly opposite the main train station. All major attractions are walkable. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Tea & coffee making and biscuits were great. A modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Howe er the bed was a double bed with an uncomfortable old fashioned mattress. The restaurant was limited in its ability to handle all residents staying at the hotel. For example registering at 3 pm resulted in breakfast the following day being already booked out. Going down for dinner they had to ask to ‘squeeze’ us in.
