I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Hotel Hollywood. The staff were not only completely unprofessional and inexperienced but also shockingly rude and disrespectful. It felt like they had no idea how to treat guests with even basic courtesy. The hotel itself is filthy and neglected — dirty carpets, broken furniture, and a general smell of dampness everywhere. It’s clear that no one cares about maintenance or hygiene here. The pictures online are totally misleading. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry and absolutely not worth a single cent.

This property was substantially not as advertised. The rooms were advertised as having a washer/dryer, a balcony and a soaking tub. None of these was present. Upon calling the reception desk, I was told that none of the rooms ever had a washer/dryer. In addition, the sink drained into an open tray, which dumped black flakes of mildew onto the floor when draining. The soap dispensers and toilet paper dispenser in the room were not functioning. Soap and shampoo were provided upon request, but the toilet paper was rough and of poor quality. Due to the deceptive advertising (washer dryer was listed both in the main ad and under family-friendly features), I recommend that Expedia refuse to do further business with this hotel until they correct their ad, or provide the advertised amenities.
