Beautiful Istanbul

All the staff were extremely kind to the lady on crutches. It was a very memorable week’s stay, even only walking a block a half. Hilarious.

A great room for, a home from home, just needed better temperature control

The location of the property is convenient. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are small but clean. They could add some amenities to the room. Additionally the property is now charging tax $2/day for a couple, this was not listed on expedia when I booked the room.

Un hôtel bien propre avec un petit déjeuner bien variée et un emplacement au prêt des magasins. Mais j'ai payé des faux frais à cause d'un retard d'arriver qui n'était pas de ma faute.

Отель для отдыха в "раю челночников"

Отель расположен в квартале оптовой торговли предметами одежды, обуви и других мелочей. Транспортная доступность позволяет применять все виды общественного транспорта от метро до трамвая и в относительно близкой пешей доступности основных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Были затруднения в ориентации при поиске маршрута на улицу с отелем. Заселение- ввело в шок, что паспорта оставляют на ресепшн до момента выезда из отеля. Завтрак со стандартным набором блюд. Взамен номера с одной кроватью был предоставлен номер с раздельными спальными местами. Уборка номера не производится. Сантехника в туалете с проблемой отключения кранов и при пользовании душем недостаточно горячей воды. По завершении проживания пришли к выводу, что Отель для краткосрочной остановки на один-два дня за приемлемую стоимость проживания.

Da vi ankommet hotellet var vårt rom ikke klart selv om det var kl.21:00, og måtte vi overnatte på et annet hotel og kom tilbake igjen neste dag. Folk røyker på korridor og i rommene, badekar er veldig gammel og skittent, man hører alle som snakker utenfor rommet som de sitter med deg i samme rommet og mye mer.TV-en kanaler er kun 5 eller 6 og det er kun 2 som funker så er det veldig kjedelig. Kun frokost som er bra . Kommer aldri tilbake.Anbefales ikke.

Jag har bokat ett rum för två personer, men när jag kom fram så fick ett rum för tre personer med enkla sängar. Väldigt smutsigt badrum. bilderna stämde inte med det som är angivet. Priserna stämde inte med det som stod på deras hemsidan till exempel jag fick betala 120 TL för två dagars parkering men på deras hemsida står det 30TL för två dagars parkering. fick fråga för simhallen då väljer de 50 € istället för 15 TL som de har skrivit på deras hemsida.

Hôtel bien mais personnel parle pas anglais c’etait Juste la galère pour leurs demander des choses surtout que à notre arrivée on a etait changer pour 3jours dans un autre hôtel cause de travaux prévenu à la dernier minutes donc pas très ravie après piscine gratuite et déjeuner compris dans le billet hôtel à coter des magasins et restaurants après pour visiter il faut prendre le taxi mais honnêtement manger bof .. 4jours suffi pour des vacances sinon faut avoir plus 1000€ pr visiter les allent tours

Отель неплохой, но шумный и не комфортный.

Небольшой отель на шумной торговой улице в 5 минутах ходьбы от конечной станции метро, ведущего в аэропорт Ататюрк. Пешком до центральных мечетей около 30 минут. Жили на 2-м этаже, где поздно вечером регулярно шумела большая семейная компания. Душем пользоваться было невозможно - заливало ванную комнату. Разрешили оставить вещи после 12.00. В отель запрещено проносить продукты питания для еды. Завтраки неплохие, сладостей мало, омлет за отдельные деньги. Также было включено посещение бассейна (очень маленький), а сауна и хамам - за отдельную плату. Персонал доброжелательный. Желания вернуться сюда нет.

Not bad place for one or two nights

Staff eyes chasing you though you don't feel comfortable .no gym .wifi is dead in room rooms too close to each other so any children around will ruin your night.

5 star staff at 2 star hotel

It's a hotel desperately needs maintenance. Staff members are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. Especially thanks to restaurant staff Zeynep, Ilhan and Emin. All amazing people. Room cleaners also so good and they did their best. Hotel claims they have swimming pool but I can't call that way unfortunately. Swimming pool was dirty, cold and very very small with unwelcoming atmosphere.

Yerliler tercih etmeyin

Daha önce konaklama yapmıştım o zaman beğenmiştim. Ama bu konaklamada yabancı turistlere karşı biraz daha sempatikler ve ilgililer yerli turistlere karşı böyle bir karşılama göremedik orda yabancı turist olmasına rağmen sadece bizimle konuşup konaklamış bir günlüğünü başka bir otelde transfer yapmak zorunda kaldık neymiş efendim otelde yer yokmuş beni ilgilendirmez kardeşim olsa olmasa ben parasında Ödemiştim ama başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık bundan sonra asla bu otelde rezervasyon yapmam bu otelde yapacağıma gidip beş yıldızlı otele kafam rahat bir şekilde kalırım ama yer ve konumu güzel tercih sizin

the staff is amazing but the hotel is not good

the floor is sticky they don't change the bed sheets or the towels but the reception staff are amazing but the house keep are not at all !

aangenaam hotel op goede locatie

het personeel is vriendelijk en voorkomend. kamers schoon en ruim. ligging gunstig vlakbij tram die via sultanahmet rechtstreeks naar taksim rijdt. goede geluidsisolatie kamers in vergelijking met andere hotels. ook weinig lawaai van buiten. ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. tv ontvangst belabberd. wifi laat.vaak te wensen over.

we booked for a double room although we were a couple we sleeped in seperate beds. hotes location is very good, but room conditions very poor, the bathroom was a mess. in the room you couldnt find even slippers, thats the only thing i hate on hotels.
