The Hotel is a bit dated and it takes a 15 minutes walk uphill to get to Avenida Paulista; however, it is a safe area, good value for money and the best included breakfast we had in the whole of Brazil. The room was big and comfortable, staff is very serious, they don't interact much with you. Anyhow, it was a good hotel to stay to explore Sao Paulo

First and foremost the breakfast was very good. The bed mattress was very firm with just a bedsheet, no mattress pad and two flat overused standard pillows on queen size bed. The flooring wood tiles are warped with gaps in between. The glass shower stall has buildup soap scum and the sheer curtains has a large brown dirty discoloration on it.

I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating. They do store your bags for free if you need to checkout and collect bags later. They have a lenient guest policy. Paulista Avenue is walkable distance although little uphill. Good restaurants nearby.

What I did not like about the hotel room was it’s bathroom (small, no hangers to hang towels, takes ages to get hot water, and the overall quality of the interior and vibe), card keys that constantly fail to open the door (I had to run down to the reception desk to renew my key every time I come back to my room), surroundings of the hotel (definitely not a slum but you have to travel for quite a distance to find decent restaurants and cafes, for Paulista ave you need to get ready for a 15m long uphill hike) and, most of all, all the loud noises coming from the hallways. The door just fails miserably to block the noises. It was almost impossible for me to get some nap between 9-12 because of all the noises coming from the busy hallway.

A porta do banheiro do quarto não fechava, cedeu a madeira e não foi consertada, você não tem privacidade para usar o banheiro pq a porta não fecha. As funcionárias que servem o café discutiam o tempo todo sobre problemas internos do funcionamento do hotel. Solicitamos chá no café e a funcionária disse que o hotel não tinha nenhum tipo de chá para oferecer, achei descabido, ou seja, quem não toma café não pode tomar chá.

Gostei muito das instalações menos do atendimento no cafe da manha era 9h 30 o cafe iria ate as 10h , solicitei uma tapioca à atendente comunicou que a cozinha ja estava fechada e nao poderia fazer, e enquanto nos tomavamos cafe elas lavavam as loucas fazendo muito barulho batendo as loucas bem desagradável, o restante foi otimo !!!
