The Hotel is a bit dated and it takes a 15 minutes walk uphill to get to Avenida Paulista; however, it is a safe area, good value for money and the best included breakfast we had in the whole of Brazil. The room was big and comfortable, staff is very serious, they don't interact much with you. Anyhow, it was a good hotel to stay to explore Sao Paulo

O hotel tem bom atendimento e áreas comuns pequenas mas que atendem bem aos hóspedes. O quarto é limpo, espaçoso, confortável, o banheiro bom, com secador, shampoo 2 em 1 e sabonete. A roupa de cama e banho são boas, tem escrivaninha e frigobar. O café da manhã bem servido e muito gostoso. Os únicos pontos de melhoria são o chuveiro, meio difícil de regular, e um pouco de barulho da rua.

Acomodação com ambiente tranquilo e limpo! Quarto confortável, porém tinha uma porta por dentro que não sabia para onde dava o que me deixou extramamente insegura. Iluminação do banheiro de baixa qualidade pada maquiagem. Toalhas poderiam ter mais qualidade. O café da manhã tem frutas, sucos, Pães, porém poucas opções para quem tem restrições a glúten e leite. Tem tapioca porém já fica pronta e já é servida fria. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos.
