Two in-hotel hot tubs were small but clean. Rooms were also comfortable. Staff was helpful during check in but what struck me most was when we were leaving two employees came out and bowed to us. Really surprised me even after multiple trips to Japan. Would live again if I ever find myself in Arima Onsen again :)

작은 옛날 목조건물에 작은 온천탕 2개. 조용하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 온천탕이 2개 밖에 없어서 온천욕을 자주 하지 못할까봐 걱정했는데 원할하게 돌아가 원하는 만큼 온천욕을 즐길 수 있었다. 저녁식사는 아기자기하고 예쁘고 맛있었다. 직원들은 친절하고 잘 도와주었다.

It was a wonderful one-night stay, including both dinner and breakfast. The dining experience was perfect, with authentic Japanese food and excellent service. The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic, and the public hot spring at 'Tosen Kosyobo' was also a delightful experience. I look forward to visiting Hanakoyado again very soon.

“만약 당신의 일본여행이 인생에 한번뿐인 일본 여행이며 오사카를 갈것이며 료칸을 체험할것이다”라고 한다면 추천할 만한 곳입니다. 하지만 그 외의 경우라면 후쿠오카 특히 “구로카와 온천마을”을 더 추천한다. 온천의 수가 매우 적으며 가이세키의 구성또한 구로카와의 온천들에 비해 만족스럽지 못했다. 환기 없이 보여주는 연기 자욱한 식당에서의 퍼포먼스는 감동보다 불편함이 매우 컸습니다. 동일한 가격대의 료칸이라면 후쿠오카 료칸에 비해 오사카가 가깝다! 라는 점 하나를 제외하면 큰 메리트가 없을것이다.

The world best hotel(Ryokan) in the world!! To me this place is special!! I do not want this place will more famous than now cause I need to reserve XD. Also this place have everything! Le gros plus étant les bains privatifs, qui sont vraiment très agréable avec la vraie source. L'hôtel est charmant, quoique un peu vieillot. D'ailleurs on avait très peu de wifi dans notre chambre. Sinon le personnel est vraiment efficace et agréable.
