Great stay in the mountains.

We had a great time at hotel Okada, especially at the onsen. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. A fun experience was the kimono, yukata and slippers they provided for you to borrow. Good shuttle service too.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. It was clean and check in was pretty easy. You get to use an onsen as part of the hotel and there is also a shuttle that takes you down to the train station.

静かで落ち着いて過ごしたい方には、良い場所。昔ながらの古いホテルだが、部屋は、綺麗に改装されていたので気持ちよく過ごせた。 食事は、和牛の陶板焼きを事前にメールで追加して、お腹がいっぱいになった。お肉も柔らかく美味しかった。 風呂は、隣の温泉施設かホテルおかだが利用できる。温泉施設は、連絡通路ですぐに行ける。日帰り湯の客もいたが、そう混んでいなく、屋根付きの露天や寝湯などもあり楽しめた。下のフロアには、マッサージ機やマンガルーム。トレーニング用のサイクルマシンなどがあった。雨の時、連絡通路が滑りやすいと感じた。 問い合わせのメールも丁寧に対応していただき、接客も良かった。

A but farther out from Hakone-Yumoto station and rooms are a bit dated, but staff are very nice and helpful. Private family onsen was small but a great experience. On-site breakfast was much better than expected and the connected restaurant was very convenient too. Would stay again.

Amazing onsen hotel!

I stayed here with my two small kids on the ground floor traditional room and it was awesome! The front desk stocked us with towels, and yukata for our stay. Breakfast was delicious, traditional, and the quality was great. The staff is so nice! The area is perfect for walking into town, or driving to the sites. We will def return!
