Here is the good, the bad, & the ugly… Staff was polite and serviced our room each day. I haven’t experienced this since before Covid Unfortunately, the bad is a long list. The microwave was broken and they would not change it out. I called the hotel after making the reservation, to ask if the continental breakfast would be served during our visit and was assured that it would be. All I can say is it was a poor excuse for a continental breakfast. Electrical Outlets. The position outlet in the bathroom would not allow me to plug in my hairdryer and it was difficult to find an outlet that would. The ugly…it didn’t appear that the room had been vacuumed.
