Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and provided what we need for a day of stay. Breakfast doesn't provide a lot of different items. Key cards to our room failed 2 times and had to go to front desk twice to have the keycards re-programmed twice.

Aside from that, the whole hotel smelled dirty, the elevator seemed unstable and was out of order for an entire afternoon, the toilet paper in our room was not changed, we were only given 3 towels for four adults, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, and the breakfast was not good. Staff was kind.
