The Carlton hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and nearby shops and places to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the Toorak last year and had a lovely time. The only recommendation I would make is the property would benefit greatly from a bit of an update which is much needed.

If your a vegetarian/ vegan like myself the food options you can purchase within the complex is very limited so you have to walk into the town centre to get what you're looking for.
