Le personnel est au petit soin. Chambre un peu petite mais trÚs fonctionnelle. Le Spa sauna en plus est un bon moment de détente. TrÚs belle vue sur les montagnes. Idéalement situé en hiver pour le ski. Super je recommande.

We were there on the final day of the season in the Summer so it is now closed until December. They were down scaling so a lot of the food was finished which is understandable. Other than that a beautiful drive up the Alps in stunning weather so no complaints. Thank you.

A nice discovery

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !

Je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel car Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Il n’y a quasiment pas de place entre les wc et la baignoire. Pas de climatisation ça aurait un plus pour un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles À 6 h du matin le livreur a rĂ©veillĂ© tout l’hĂŽtel et Le spa est payant. Bel hÎtel bien situé

Bel hĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs des pistes avec un personnel agrĂ©able. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. Par contre un peu en dessous d’un 4 Ă©toiles. Il n’est pas possible de choisir la tempĂ©rature dans les chambres et il y fait trĂšs trĂšs chaud (pas de clim). De plus, la façade est Ă©clairĂ©e toute la nuit et les rideaux n’occultent pas donc on y dort comme en plein jour. Pour terminer, le petit dĂ©jeuner est copieux mais on aurait aimĂ© des jus de fruits frais de la rĂ©gion et pas de la poudre

La struttura ù molto bella. Purtroppo la mia recensione ù negativa per un fatto piuttosto grave: il parcheggio interno dell’hotel ù a pagamento ma l’ho scoperto solo al check out, quando mi ù stato detto di saldare il costo del parcheggio. Al check in e’ stata chiesta la targa SENZA specificare che si trattava di parcheggio a pagamento. Inoltre, in quanto motociclisti, con la moto non abbiamo neanche occupato un vero posto. Anche la spa (il solo accesso alla zona termale) e’ a pagamento, altra informazione dichiarata solo sul depliant in camera all’arrivo.

Restaurant nul , pas de respect des demandes

Nous avions demandĂ© une chambre calme en Ă©tage Ă©levĂ©. RĂ©sultat une chambre en bord de route en quasi rĂ©a de chaussĂ©e !!! Impossible de dormir, du bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin et de la circulation Ă  partir de 6h. Il faut prĂ©ciser qu’il faisait trĂšs trĂšs chaud, pas de Clim et nous devions laisser la fenĂȘtre ouverte. Concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner, trĂšs quelconque avec des Ɠufs brouillĂ©s immangeables sentant le poisson et globalement des produits de mauvaise qualitĂ©. Le pire est le restaurant a des prix stratosphĂ©riques pour une qualitĂ© dĂ©plorable surtout Ă©vitez d’y dĂźner
