酒店訂房資料混亂，明明訂了兩晚，攪來攪去先可確認。訂房時是訂可3人入住及已付款，到達時又說兩人房不可3人入住，要加錢轉家庭房。之後要多次聯絡hotel.com才可不用加錢。若是只住一晚根本沒時間跟酒店理論，必然要多付額外費用。

it worth!

The hotel worth my paying! I checked in around 8pm and being upgraded to a Superior Room, it is basic but clean with the good A/C and Samsung TV which could receive CNN and Discover! Hotel located in a narrow alley, much quieter than many other places nearby as less traffic going past, but also at the heart of authentic city. However, don't check the location through google map for leading you to another side of the lane, better looking for it by yourself at the correct street.

絕對會推薦給想去河內旅行的朋友

酒店員工很友善和熱情，總是很樂意解答你所有問題，房間便宜，大小適中和整潔，性價比高，位置在市中心，去河內的各個觀光點也很方便。若下次再有機會去河內，我一定會再住這間酒店。

符合价格，还可以

位置在还剑湖西北角的一条小街中，交通还算方便，步行到还剑湖大约10~15分钟。房间有点小，但算整洁。打扫的人员很专业。第一天服务人员很热情，但第二天、第三天感觉就冷淡些。早餐是自助的，但种类不多，味道也一般。我们和两个欧美人一起在吃早餐，主管走进餐厅时只和那两个欧美人打了招呼，这让我们感觉不太好。总的来说，还算可以，但是作为tripadvicer 2013的winner，我觉得做得还远远不够。隔壁那家就感觉差不多，至少早餐看起来还更好些。

Nice room with balcony

Stayed deluxe double 504 with balcony that has chairs and a table at front of hotel. Good size and facilities. Some noise from passing trains starting 4.20 am but not a problem. Lift (elevator) to all levels. Breakfast was choice of eggs, bacon, sausage or bland pho. Fruit and bread or baguettes . Would stay there next time in Hanoi.

Fint og billigt

Vi havde en fint ophold hos The Landmark - det ligger centralt, de er rimelige i deres uddlugtspriser mm. Vi havde booket et 'basic' værelse, og her skal man være klar på en (virkelig) hård seng! Udover sengen var værelset rigtig fint.

Hotel midden in de stad.

Over het hotel kan ik alleen zeggen dat het ontbijt goed was. Want ofschoon ik een reservering had diende ik in een ander hotel te overnachten omdat er geen kamer beschikbaar was voor mij.

Pleasant staff...

Hotel staff were very helpful ..good location the city is a bit repetitive... It's the north so expect plenty of rain and not sun at this time of year...hotel breakfast a big let down very poor ... I guess the price of the hotel reflects this ...

It was really nice but we felt that we were placed in the basement which had limited WiFi and was next door to the staff's room so became somewhat noisy. On the whole the staff were nice and the room was tidy.

Les personnels meme disent pas bonjour

C'est 1 etoile Non Pas 3 étoiles . La douche ne fonctionne pas correctement quand j'ai parle au personnel il tout simplement dit que Ça manque d'eau ! Et rien ne change ! Je suis très déçu de mon séjour dans cet Hôtel
