Difficulty finding and eventually parking our car. Trying to get about was awkward due to all the road works around the hotel Breakfast was ok but only hot food was really toast and coffee. Prefer a place with staff on hand Personally not for us

The Osney Arms is very well located. The communication and instructions are great. The bed was comfortable and was a real king sized bed. Many beds that people in the UK call king sized aren’t really king sized. The rooms and guest house are a little outdated but overall it is a good value for the price.

Location was good. Reasonable walk to Oxford University. The continental breakfast was nice to have. Never saw that anywhere else. Seems like a one man show and he is doing his best. Important to know what you are getting though. This is an old run down property. The carpets are old, dirty and stretched out. Bedding seemed nice.

For a wonderful old house everything was clean and easy. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We were able to park on the property and walked about 1/2 mile to dinner in the evening. Felt fairly safe walking back at 8pm.

The Osney Arms is a terrific place from which to explore Oxford. The rooms are small but quiet, clean, comfortable and have everything you would need. The breakfast is outstanding, with many healthy options and thoughtful touches. The guest house is also just a 15-minute walk from the train station. While the manager isn't on site, he replies quickly to any questions. I enjoyed my stay and found it an excellent value.

For the price it was excellent. Room was as good as any hotel. It’s not luxury but it’s great value. I stayed two nights while dropping a child off at university. The location is excellent only 5 mins walk into town centre.

An ideal property if you want to be close to Oxford centre. Currently not helped by all the roadworks nearby, though that is not the fault of the hotel. Bedrooms and communal areas were very clean. Older accommodation but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is self service but there is a really good selection of different items, various kinds of tea and a great coffee maker. We would definitely stay there again.
