The location is fantastic, directly across from a shopping mall with a Big C. I can easily catch the Baht Bus just outside the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they speak excellent English. I want to extend a special thanks to Lyn for arranging a wonderful birthday surprise for me. I was truly impressed and grateful that all the front desk staff sang the "Happy Birthday" song each time I walked by.
