The staff were exceptionally professional and polite. The hotel itself is cute and a great location. I made the mistake of booking an interior room with no outside window. My room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. But there was a musty mildew smell that would not go away. I don’t know if it was because it’s an interior room and has very little ventilation or if it was coming from the AC vents, but it was there constantly. I would recommend the hotel - just avoid an interior room with no window.

What makes this hotel great is its staff. They are friendly, helpful and create a great atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The lobby is beautiful with plants and fish.
