There were several homeless people on the property. Including one sleeping at the top of the stairwell we had to use to get to our room. Luckily my husband was with me. We also found a long dark hair on the bed that couldn't have belonged to either of us, as well as several in the shower.

The place is infested with homeless people and drug users who hover on the premises and the building sits right next to a busy freeway exit. I felt too unsafe to check in and when this was mentioned to the staff their reply was that my stay was non refundable and nothing they could do about it. Avoid this place like the plague.
