Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend

This was an absolutely perfect place for me. My room was large, very clean, and well appointed. I was in room 15 and I loved being on a higher floor and the corner room, windows and lots of light. There is some traffic noise as it is in a corner near an intersection. The place has updated security and room locks. There is a ring bell to first enter the property, after check in you just need your fob to enter the main door. My room had a key code to enter, so convenient, no need to be carrying around keys. The bed in the apartment was big and very comfortable with nice linens. The shower was huge and had a drying line in it for swimwear. Kitchen had full size fridge, induction plate, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of dishware for cooking. There was a nice area on the second floor with books and games. My favorite places were the rooftop patio area and the pool area! They also have solar panels which was nice. The pool could be a bit cool but was clean and refreshing. The owners are on site and available if needed and super kind, the employee Fabi was wonderful and always checked if I needed anything. Large water jugs and the pumps are available through the property for a very good price. This was very convenient as I did not have to go pay a deposit and lug one back there only to have to return it to get deposit back. Also property is adults only so it was quiet and peaceful.

My sister and I had such a wonderful stay at Suites Fenicia. Our rooms were comfortable and had basic kitchen appliances so we could make a few meals when needed. There were so many amenities I wasn’t expecting such as a lounge room, and a ton of beach stuff to borrow! The location was very convenient, depending where you need to go you can get to most places in max 30 min walk. It was really fun to explore the city by foot. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Playa del Carmen!

We had a great time during our stay in Suites Fenicia. The owners are just great hosts and made our stay unforgettable and safe! Rooms are well equipped with kitchenette, fridge, toaster; coffee maker, hotplate , and safety box. Internet connexion is steady and fast. Clean rooms and bathroom. Well located close to grocery stores. 5th Avenue and the beach are only 12 mn walk from the hotel. Looking forward to staying longer there next year.

What I liked is that my room was clean. I did not like at all was that I had problems with the toilet the day I arrived. I was not too please about that as I was extremely tired and just wanted to rest. It was difficult to fix so I was asked to stay in another room while it gets fixed.The second room I was asked to go to, was not to my liking. I was told I have a choice to wait for the repair, stay there or move out and search for another accommodation in the area. I am 73 year old, I did not like to be treated that way. That toilet should have been working properly before I arrived. It got fixed eventually and went back to my room. What a waste of my time and lots of grieves. Also this place is located next to a very busy street the 30th ave so there's lots traffic noises. It is very far from town. I certainly do not recommend this place.

Répugnant. On a attendu 10 minutes pour quon viennent nous ouvrir. Aprea avoir payé, on a passé 2 minutes dans la chambre qui ressemble a une cellule de prison, aucune fenetre, aucun courant dair. Todo genial! Desde la recepción con Laura que nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar es cómodo, tiene una pequeña piscina, la habitación tenía refri, micro, una parrilla, trates, super bien! Lo único y es una cosa mínima es que la regadera no salía mucha agua y la que salía mojaba todo menos a mí, pero se soluciona fácil. Está un poquito retirado del centro pero tiene cerca dos supermercados. Personalmente amé el lugar. P.D. la aplicación no me dejó agregar fotos 😕

L'hôtel est situé aux coins de la 30e avenue et de la CTM, soit à 10-15 minutes de marche de la plage et de la 5e avenue. Il y a 2 supermarchés à 5 minutes à pieds ainsi que de nombreux kiosque de tacos (très bons et pas cher). Le service est impeccable. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et répondent rapidement à nos questions/demandes. Possibilité de réserver des excursions ou transports avec eux à prix compétitifs et sans casse-tête. Bonne communication avec le sourire, en espagnol ou en anglais. La piscine est très propre. Le jardin est fleuri, avec table, chaises et lit pour s'étendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une superbe terrasse sur le toit, idéale pour profiter des couchers de soleil. Les matelas et la literie sont de qualité. Très confortables! Le seul bémol est la circulation sur la 30e qui est bruyante, mais des panneaux de bois ont été installés pour insonoriser. De plus, le service d'autobus et de collectivos sont en pause vers 22h, donc on peut dormir tranquille. On n'entend pas la musique ni les cris des fêtards comme sur la 5e avenue, ce qui est très appréciable. Pas d'insectes dans la chambre. Il y a quelque chose dans le bas des portes qui les empêchent d'entrer et toute la propriété est entretenue avec grand soin. Tout était fonctionnel dans la chambre. C'est un hôtel que je recommande sans problème. Merci aux hôtes d'avoir rendu notre séjour exceptionnel!
