it was horrible experience, i booked a suite and when i arraived they told me is not ready because the room still in use by anthoer guest. so they checked me in to anther room which it was underground with no windows. so i had to go and stay in the lobby. and the following day i had to wait and wait... i have asked to talk a manger but the manger was off durying the weekend. so i had to wait to for monday to talk to the manger, when the manger came he simply said there's nothing i can do for you. unfortunately i had paid my reservation in advance.

Personnel correcte et sympathique ! Les chambres sont sales! Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'ai réservé ! Fauteuil clik clak sale a moitié casser ! 380€ pour 4 nuits je suis très déçu ! Le petit déjeuner le strict minimum ! Dans le pays du fruit il n'y avait aucun fruit! En bref je ne vous le recommande PAS!

Leider etwas enttäuscht worden

In der Expedia Beschreibung wird das Hotel als 5* Hotel angeboten, was aber nicht der Fall ist. Safe funktionierte nicht, es war laut, da dass Zimmer direkt an der Straße war. Dreckiges Geschirr wurde nicht ausgetauscht etc. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass der Safe am nächsten Tag ausgewechselt wird aber nichts erfolgte. Das einzige positive war das Personal, die sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend waren.

Merkez bölgede ama sakin çevrede

Otel Şişli -Mecidiyeköy - Çağlayan gibi kalabalık, trafiği yoğun, gürültülü semtlerin ortasında olmasına rağmen yeri sakin, trafiği yoğun değil ve otelin önünde özel park yeri olması da işinizi çok kolaylaştırıyor. Rahat, temiz, fiatı da makul.

Otelde 1.kat ve en üst kat odalar maalesef kalınamayacak kadar kotu ve yetersiz, Resepsiyon personeli ne kadar güler yüzlü olsa da kat hizmetleri personelleri zayıf ve sıkıntılı... Konum için tercih edilebilir ama kalınabilecek odaların ücretleri otelin hakkettiğinden fazla...
