The staff were all very accommodating. Friendly, spoke English, helpful, patient, and cared about our well being. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. The hotel itself was a bit lacking. Out hot water didn’t work on day 2, the window in the shower didn’t latch closed, the bed was hard as a rock. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This hotel is in a great location in Niteroi with absolutely stunning views of Rio. The pool was a hit with my kid and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were modern and nicely designed though there appeared to be some minor water damage throughout. I would stay here again and would recommend.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff is very helpful. Modern decor and the Oceanview is worth the price. Definitely try to use the pool and sauna. All streaming services are available but you have to use your own account.

property was set just near the beach and close to a number of restaurants (15 min walk). room was nice and we have a great view of ocean and beaches. very nice breakfast was included. toilet was challenging at times. very nice shower. we asked for a wake up call to room and it came 75 min late.

The reservation from Hotels.com was not found upon arrival at the reception desk. Dont know what happened as this is the 3rd or fourth time we are booking this hotel and before it went always well. The view from the rooms into the bay is beautiful. Service is very good and especially the breakfast is delicious the fruits are melting on your tongue.
