Lovely hotel close to the beach
We had a lovely 4 night stay. Staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the area. Situated near the beach, it was about 2 min walk to the beach and another 5 mins to the pier. We used the pool and facilities which were nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely and staff quick and attentive to clear dishes away.

Never heard of car parking charges for a blue badge. All receptionists were not as welcoming as i had in my previous hotel experiences. Room rather small only 1 person could walk around at a time.

Great staff, underwhelming hotel
The hotel is ok, but the rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. We had mold in our room and the air con rattled every 5 minutes, which kept us up at night. We had to change rooms. This was done very quickly and the staff were fantastic. The 2nd room ceiling had the paint peeling quite badly, and the air con still rattled just not as often. Walls were very thin, we could here everything from the rooms next door and above. For the price it was a bit underwhelming. The location is pretty good, few mintues to town or the beach, the staff are great. But the hotel itself needs work. Also £12 a night just to park in their car park, is a bit cheeky. Your already paying for the room and its a private car park.

Beautiful hotel in great location, room I had was comfortable & spacious for a single room but great to see it was a large single bed so plentiful for me being 6ft 4 tall. Good wifi..sometimes collapsed but came back quickly.
Would stay again, this time couldnt experience spa & pool because of achilles injury.

Not great. Uncomfortable.
The sheets were uncomfortable, the pillows were old and really bad, and even when I received two additional ones, they were really uncomfortable.
The internet worked intermittently.
Very disappointing.

Great place to stay when wanting to be close to the beach, short walk of 10mins.
Beautiful little garden in centre of hotel. Swimming pool etc facilities were good enough for the time we had. Polite and helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Only downside is could do will a refurb as bit dated, or at least replace carpets as smelt musky around the hotel and corridors, and room. Other than that i would visit again
